Quartz Three‑Neck Round‑Bottom Flask | High Temp & UV Transmittance Lab Glassware-sara

Издание: August 14, 2026

Performance & Introduction

The fused silica three‑neck round‑bottom flask is manufactured from high‑purity fused quartz glass. Benefiting from quartz’s outstanding material properties, it outperforms common borosilicate glass flasks in high‑temperature working conditions and ultraviolet‑light transmission.
High‑Temperature Resistance

It can sustain long‑term working temperature up to 1100 ℃, and withstand rapid temperature changes with good thermal‑shock resistance. It is suitable for heating, boiling and high‑temperature reaction experiments, avoiding softening and deformation that occurs with ordinary glass under high heat.
Superior UV Transmittance

The quartz material delivers excellent transmission for ultraviolet light. This feature makes the three‑neck flask an ideal vessel for photocatalytic reactions and UV‑assisted chemical tests, which cannot be realized by conventional glass labware.
Excellent Chemical Inertness

Resistant to most strong acids and organic solvents. It maintains stable performance during distillation, reflux, digestion and chemical synthesis.

Note: Not applicable for hydrofluoric acid and strong‑alkali solutions, which will cause corrosion to quartz glass.
Multi‑port Practical Design

Three‑neck layout supports multi‑component connection: fit for stirring rod, condenser tube, thermometer, feeding tube and other lab accessories simultaneously. The round‑bottom structure ensures even heat distribution during heating, widely adopted for complex continuous chemical reactions.
